Founded in 2017, dott Dortmunder Tanz- und Theaterszene is a non-profit network based in Dortmund, Germany working on arts & culture, democracy & civil society.

dott is a network and registered association of independent performing artists in Dortmund, Germany, founded in 2017 and formalised as a non-profit association (e.V.) in 2020. It connects dance, theatre and performance practitioners in the city, represents their interests in cultural policy, and organises the szene machen! festival. The network also runs the .dott.werk, a shared rehearsal and workshop space in the city centre, which is open to artists and to the wider public for creative and educational use. Its activities include regular member meetings, working groups on specific themes, workshops, professional exchange formats and public events.
