Dunaharaszti Önkéntes Tűzoltóság

Founded in 2022, Dunaharaszti Önkéntes Tűzoltóság is a non-profit association based in Dunaharaszti, Hungary working on humanitarian aid & disaster relief, community development, children & youth.

Dunaharaszti Volunteer Fire Association (Dunaharaszti ÖTE) is a volunteer fire brigade formed in May 2022 by local volunteers. Its members, most of whom hold professional or basic firefighting training, respond to fire, road traffic accident, technical rescue and other emergency calls in Dunaharaszti and neighbouring settlements, working in their free time without pay. It operates under a cooperation agreement with the Szigetszentmiklós professional fire command and runs a youth section for children and young people. It also organises training, exercises, competitions and community events, and seeks donations and corporate partners to support its work.
