It designs and implements social projects aimed at building a fairer society in which diversity is respected. Its work covers social inclusion, Roma inclusion, social housing, home care services, support for children and youth, refugees and migrants, people with disabilities, and people in poverty. It works with churches in Vojvodina and partner organisations, funds itself through domestic and foreign donors and donations, and accepts in-kind donations such as clothing, food and medical aids. Its values include respect for human rights, equal opportunities and solidarity.
