ELMOB

Founded in 2022, ELMOB is a non-profit association based in Győr, Hungary working on environment & climate.

ELMOB, the Hungarian Electromobility Association, is an independent civil association founded in spring 2022 by private individuals who use electric vehicles. It promotes the spread of electromobility in Hungary and works to improve the conditions for electric vehicle use. Its activities include organising public range tests of electric cars, running an annual driver survey, publishing information and advice on electric driving, charging and related rules, and representing electric vehicle users in dialogue with authorities, legislators, manufacturers and other stakeholders. The association also promotes clean air and sustainable transport. It is funded by membership fees and is based in Győr, Hungary, with a Budapest postal presence.
