Founded in 2001, Employability Service West Cork is a charity based in Skibbereen, Ireland working on employment & skills, disability.

Employability Service West Cork is a registered charity, trading as Workstart West Cork Limited, that supports job seekers with disabilities, long-term illness or long-term unemployment in West Cork, Ireland. It offers career guidance, job placement and ongoing employment support, from entry-level to management roles, and works with local employers to recruit and integrate these candidates. The service is free and confidential, funded by the Department of Social Protection, and governed by a voluntary board of community members. It also raises awareness among employers, community groups and schools about the benefits of employing people with disabilities. The service operates from offices in Skibbereen, Bantry, Clonakilty, Bandon and Kinsale, with outreach in Dunmanway and Castletownbere. Since 2011 more than 1,000 people have secured employment through the service.
