Europa Donna Luxembourg

Founded in 2002, Europa Donna Luxembourg is a non-profit association based in Strassen, Luxembourg working on health, mental health, community development.

Europa Donna Luxembourg is an association founded in 2002 that works against breast cancer in Luxembourg. It is recognised as being of public utility by grand-ducal decree of 26 June 2010 and is recognised by the Ministry of Health as a major actor in the fight against breast cancer. Its work covers information, awareness campaigns, prevention and early detection messaging, and support for patients, survivors and their families. Services include peer support groups, a café meeting space, support-care sessions such as massage, reflexology, sophrology, acupuncture and art therapy, and image coaching. It also offers a self-examination leaflet and represents the interests of women affected by breast cancer with local and national authorities and EU institutions. It is a member of the European Breast Cancer Coalition, Europa Donna, which includes 47 countries. The association is based in Strassen.
