European Lawyers in Lesvos is a charity based in Berlin, Germany working on refugees & migration, human rights, justice & legal aid.

European Lawyers in Lesvos (ELIL) is an independent, charitable non-profit organisation providing free legal assistance to asylum seekers and refugees in Greece and Poland. Founded in 2016 and supported by volunteer lawyers from across Europe, ELIL offers personalised interview preparation, first-instance asylum support, family reunification help under the Dublin Regulation, and legal information and interpretation services. It works with vulnerable groups, including unaccompanied children, and operates offices in Berlin (registered seat), Thessaloniki, Mytilene, Athens and Samos, with a presence at the Poland-Belarus border. ELIL also advocates for asylum seekers' rights, trains other NGOs and volunteers, and runs a volunteer programme for lawyers and interpreters.
