FACE Hérault is the Hérault department branch of the Fondation Agir Contre l'Exclusion, a recognised public-benefit foundation. It works to fight exclusion by linking companies, public bodies and local associations with residents of priority urban neighbourhoods and job seekers. Its activities cover employment (immersion periods, speed dating recruitment events, sport-and-job forums, mentoring), education (school-business links, career orientation, workshops on digital and industrial trades), digital inclusion (a social digital café and digital training), social mediation (administrative support, mediation in post offices and energy-related help for vulnerable households) and corporate social responsibility support for businesses. FACE Hérault operates across the Hérault department in France, notably in Montpellier and Béziers, and holds France Services and Point Conseil Budget labels. A business club of several hundred companies, launched in 2002, supports inclusion and diversity initiatives across the territory.
