Fédération Alsace Lorraine Champagne des ACEF is a non-profit association based in Strasbourg, France working on community development, health, education.

Federation of regional ACEF associations serving public-sector employees and workers in public service missions in the Grand Est region of France. It provides members with regional and departmental benefits and information sessions. It also runs a solidarity fund and donates to local associations, care homes, hospitals and training institutes (IFSI/IFAS) across Alsace, Lorraine, Champagne and Burgundy-area departments.
