Stiftelsen Flexid is a non-profit foundation in Norway that provides practice-based courses, training and tools to support identity, belonging and wellbeing among cross-cultural children, young people and their families. Its main offering is a certification route that trains professionals in schools, child welfare, health services and the voluntary sector to run Flexid courses locally. It also offers parent courses, workshops and training packages, and works with universities and public bodies such as municipalities on prevention of social exclusion. The foundation was established in 2018 and has offices in Sandnes, Kristiansand, Porsgrunn and Oslo.
