Founded in 2008, Fondation Marocaine du PréScolaire is a non-profit association based in Rabat, Morocco working on education, children & youth.

The Fondation Marocaine du PréScolaire (FMPS) is a non-profit association recognised as being of public utility. Founded in 2008, it works to give every child aged four to six in Morocco equitable access to quality preschool education. Acting on a public service mandate on behalf of the Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sports, it runs preschool classes across the national territory, including remote areas, and reports managing around 70% of free public preschool provision in the Kingdom. Its network covers 24,382 classes serving more than 380,000 pupils in urban and rural settings, with a teaching workforce of around 24,500 educators, 82% of them women, many recruited from young bachelor's graduates in their home regions. The FMPS also runs a training platform for early childhood educators, a research centre, a FabLab and a project bank, and supports local associations working in early childhood. It holds NGO partner status with UNESCO and is a member of the World Organisation for Early Childhood Education (OMEP).
