The Franz-Michael-Felder-Verein, also known as the Vorarlberger Literarische Gesellschaft, is a non-profit association based in Bregenz, Austria. Founded in 1969, it works to make the life and writing of the Vorarlberg author Franz Michael Felder known to the public and to promote literature in Vorarlberg more broadly. Its activities include organising readings, lectures, symposiums and literary trips, supporting the Franz-Michael-Felder-Archiv of the Vorarlberger Landesbibliothek, publishing editions and scholarly works on Vorarlberg literature, supporting emerging writers, and caring for the work of Vorarlberg authors. Between 1969 and 1995 it published the twelve-volume Sämtliche Werke of Felder. Members receive an annual publication and the archive yearbook, and the association works regionally and beyond the region. Its statutes state that it pursues exclusively charitable purposes under tax law.
