Friends of the Earth Ireland is a non-profit environmental campaigning organisation based in Dublin, part of the wider Friends of the Earth grassroots environmental network. It campaigns for faster and fairer climate action, warm and climate-friendly homes, energy justice, and an end to fossil fuel infrastructure such as new LNG terminals and the expansion of data centres. It also supports a network of local and youth groups across Ireland, runs community fundraising, and works on environmental and social justice education. The organisation is a company limited by guarantee, sustained by donations, subscriptions and grants, and is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.
