Fundación PAULA is a non-profit social foundation based in Mérida, Venezuela. It works on pre-hospital and hospital health care by funding medical and surgical treatment for low-income patients in the public health network, providing financial support and scholarships to postgraduate medical residents at the Hospital Universitario de Los Andes (IAHULA), and training volunteers and the general public in pre-hospital first aid.
