Go Drill International is a non-profit organisation based in Giddings, Texas, that builds freshwater wells for the Ngindo people in southeastern Tanzania. Founded in 2015 by a family who settled in the region in 2008, the organisation employs local labour throughout well construction. Its GoTeam also trains water committees, teaches sanitary practices, and advises schools and local clinics. The organisation is a registered 501(c)(3) with a Board of Directors and an Advisory Board, and funds its work through monthly and one-time donations and well-building partnerships with individuals, groups and churches.
