hand2hand Sport & Bildung is a non-profit association based in Marxzell, Germany working on sport for development, education, children & youth.

hand2hand Sport & Bildung e.V. is a German registered association founded by Richard Agbonifo, a former professional handball player from Nigeria. It supports young people in Nigeria and other developing countries through sport and education. Its work includes providing scholarships for books, uniforms, school fees and other costs for less privileged children, and supplying shoes, training kits, balls and protective equipment to young athletes. The association also collects new or nearly new sports equipment from clubs and companies in Germany, plans to renovate damaged sports grounds, and aims to build training structures, train teachers and coaches, and raise awareness with government about child labour and the right of children to education and play. Members work on a voluntary basis, and the association aims to keep administrative costs in Germany low so that most donations reach children in Nigeria. Its work is carried out in Nigeria, with a focus on Abuja.
