Hasartmängusõltuvuse Nõustamiskeskus is a non-profit association in Tallinn, Estonia, that provides assessment, counselling and psychotherapy for people affected by gambling and digital addiction, as well as for their relatives. Its stated mission is to reduce the harms of gambling and digital addiction in society and to ensure people facing addiction have a professional, trustworthy place to seek help. The centre runs a helpline (15410) offering free counselling in Estonian and Russian, electronic counselling, support groups for relatives, and services in Tallinn and Tartu. It also runs a training centre for specialists, carries out national gambling prevalence and youth surveys, and develops screening tests for minors. Its services are funded by the Ministry of Social Affairs under a state grant that is set to end after 2026.
