HCIT (Humanitarni centar za integraciju i toleranciju) is a non-governmental organisation founded in 1997 in Novi Sad, Serbia. It provides free legal aid and support to refugees, internally displaced persons, asylum seekers and other forced migrants, and citizens of Serbia with legal needs in other former Yugoslav republics. It has been an implementing partner of UNHCR since 1999. Its work includes legal representation, information for people in need of international protection, psychosocial support, research and analysis, and advocacy for legislative change on refugee rights. It also publishes reports and legal analyses, including annual analyses of misdemeanour court decisions in Vojvodina.
