Hilfe die ankommt is a Christian charitable association (mildtätiger Verein) based in Austria. It provides humanitarian, social and development aid to people in need in Austria and abroad, regardless of age, origin, social or religious background. Its work covers poverty reduction, support for refugees and migrants, aid to war-affected people in Ukraine, health support for patients, child and youth work and relationship counselling. It places volunteers in social service assignments abroad and in Austria, and runs collections such as the annual Christmas parcel campaign. The organisation is funded mainly by private donations, which are tax-deductible, and grew out of the diaconal work of the BEG.
