HSI-Monitor

HSI-Monitor is a non-profit organisation based in Bonn, Germany working on education, science & research.

The HSI-Monitor is a project publishing profile data on the internationality of German higher education institutions. It is a joint project of the Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst (DAAD), the Alexander von Humboldt-Stiftung, the Hochschulrektorenkonferenz and the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft. The project compiles and analyses existing data sources, including Destatis statistics, EU funding data, DFG project data and bibliometric data, to support university planning and monitoring. It provides annual overview reports, individual university dossiers, thematic data collections and short analyses, available through an online platform. Its data, charts and reports are published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence. The project is based in Bonn, Germany, and is operated by DAAD, a registered association.
