Founded in 1994, IAPRP is a non-profit network based in Bamako, Mali working on health.
The InterAfricaine de la Prévention des Risques Professionnels (IAPRP) is a non-profit international association founded in 1994 and governed by Law 04-038 of 2004. Its members are African national social security bodies, institutions, companies and professional groupings active in occupational risk prevention. It coordinates prevention activities across member countries, reportedly bringing together organisations from 15 French-speaking African countries and beyond. Its work includes specialised bodies that run recurring events such as trade fairs, symposia, conferences and workshops, publish guidelines and directives on workplace safety and health committees and prevention structures, and promote a pan-African approach to occupational risk prevention. Its headquarters are in Bamako, Mali. Membership is open to organisations that share its objectives, and it is financially autonomous.
