Inicijativa Stolac is a citizens' association based in Stolac, Bosnia and Herzegovina, founded in January 2016. It is non-party and non-political and works to improve quality of life and cultural life in the Stolac municipality. Its activities span culture, arts, ecology, humanitarian work, education, recreation and the preservation of the town's cultural and historical heritage. Its best-known activity is the SMART Fest urban culture festival, held each June in Stolac. It also runs STEM education projects with the local secondary school, film and book publishing and promotions, humanitarian campaigns, and the annual Advent in Stolac. The association's Stolac-based work is local in scope, with some events and film screenings held in other towns such as Mostar and Ljubuški.
