Founded in 2009, Innovista Ireland is a faith-based organisation based in Dublin, Ireland working on religion & faith, community development, children & youth.

Innovista Ireland is a faith-based charity founded in 2009 that develops leaders, teams and organisations in Ireland. It provides practical training, coaching and mentoring for local leaders, including church leaders and youth leaders, with the aim of equipping them to catalyse change in their communities. Its programmes include the Tempo Leadership Course, a Coaching Course, the RISE leadership programme for teenagers, and Find Your Place for young adults. It also runs learning communities, workshops, prayer support and resources on leadership and discipleship. Innovista Ireland was birthed out of Innovista International and works in a Christian context across the island of Ireland. In 2024 it provided training for 173 leaders through 73 training sessions. It is registered in Ireland as a company and as a charity with the Charity Regulator.
