Institut de l'Audition is a non-profit organisation based in Paris, France working on medical research, health, science & research.

The Institut de l'Audition is a fundamental and translational neuroscience research centre dedicated to hearing, based in Paris. It was created at the initiative of the Fondation pour l'Audition and the Institut Pasteur, with Inserm as a joint research unit partner. Its work covers the biology of hearing, the causes of hearing loss (genetic and environmental), gene therapy for inner-ear disorders, the development of diagnostic tools and personalised approaches to hearing care, and rehabilitation. It shares its scientific findings with the international research community and with hearing professionals, patients and patient associations, and runs training and courses for students and practitioners. The institute states that it is not a care centre.
