Institut za razvoj mladih KULT is a non-profit youth development organisation founded in 2002 as the Udruženje KULT, operating under its current name since 2011. It develops and advocates for legal and strategic solutions on youth policy and builds the capacities of associations and public authorities in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region. Its work includes certified training for officials responsible for youth, training and study visits for local youth organisations and youth councils, conferences and round tables, media campaigns, and support for civic participation and volunteering. The organisation has contributed to drafting youth and volunteering laws in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Its central office is in Sarajevo, with offices in Gradačac and Subotica. It is funded by grants, EU and government support, and donations, and runs a youth hostel within its premises.
