Instituto Salta is a non-profit association based in Rio de Janeiro that provides scholarships to young people from low-income families to study at private partner schools in Brazil. It was founded in 2023 to bring together four social programmes of Grupo Salta: Impacta, Janelas Abertas, Elite Transforma and Santi Plural. Beyond tuition, scholarship holders receive support with uniforms, meals, materials and educational trips, along with psychosocial follow-up for students and their families from a dedicated team of psychologists. The institute also engages volunteers and seeks donations and corporate partnerships to fund its programmes, which operate in several Brazilian states.
