The Künstler*innenhaus Dortmund is a non-profit association run by its artist members as a studio house and exhibition venue for contemporary and experimental art in Dortmund, Germany. Founded in 1983 through an occupation by students and later renovated with state and city funding, it hosts exhibitions across painting, sculpture, graphics, photography, film, video, installation and new media. Exhibitions are curated by members for external artists, and the house provides a laboratory space for experimentation, a guest studio, and an international summer artist residency. It also runs cultural education for children, including the weekly My Story course, and publishes catalogues and yearbooks. Members volunteer to organise the programme, and a managing director supports the association's work. The house is not wheelchair accessible.
