Leinster Horse and Pony Rescue

Leinster Horse and Pony Rescue is a charity based in Ireland working on animal welfare.

Leinster Horse and Pony Rescue is a registered charity, run entirely by volunteers with no paid staff, that works for the welfare of horses, ponies and donkeys in Leinster. It rescues, rehabilitates, retrains and rehomes equines that have been abused, neglected, abandoned or deprived, and responds to emergency calls about injured or distressed animals. It runs a welfare officer service working alongside An Garda Síochána and the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine, a fostering and rehoming programme, subsidised castration and microchipping clinics, and education talks on responsible horse ownership for schools and colleges. Its rescue centre is based near Navan, County Meath.
