Leitrim Association of People with Disabilities (LAPWD) is a county-based registered charity and company limited by guarantee, and the Centre for Independent Living in County Leitrim. It promotes independent living, self-determination and full inclusion in society for people with disabilities, and provides personal assistant and home care services to people with disabilities and older people. Its head office is the Action Ability Centre in Mohill, Co. Leitrim. Membership is open to anyone, and the board is made up mostly of people with disabilities.
