LMVO is a non-profit association based in Luxembourg, Luxembourg working on health.

Luxembourg Medicines Verification Organisation (LMVO) is a non-profit association and the national governance body for medicines serialisation in Luxembourg. It implements and manages the national medicines verification system (NMVS) under the EU Falsified Medicines Directive, so that pharmacies can check the authenticity of prescription medicines before dispensing them to patients. LMVO works with BeMVO, coordinates with the European organisation EMVO, and runs awareness campaigns, webinars and tools for pharmacists, wholesalers, manufacturers and marketing authorisation holders. Its work focuses on protecting patient safety and preventing counterfeit medicines from entering the legal supply chain in Luxembourg.
