The organisation has a pan-India presence with offices and centres across several states. Donations are eligible for 50% tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, and the foundation is registered as a Section 25 non-profit company under the Companies Act 1956. Related entities, Magic Bus UK, Magic Bus Global, Magic Bus USA and Magic Bus Limited in Singapore, are separate charitable bodies that support its work abroad.
