Its programmes bring seniors from care homes and local communities together with children in nursery and primary schools, through regular group meetings, creative workshops, reading sessions, volunteering and online activities. Key programmes include Povídej, Přečti and VideoPohádky. The organisation also runs a quality mark, Mezigeneračně, for schools and senior facilities that meet intergenerational cooperation standards, provides training for educators and facilitators, and supports digital literacy for seniors. Its work is national in scope, with a coordinator network across the regions of the Czech Republic, and it is based in Prague 4.
