It runs animal welfare projects, including a dog boarding hotel, a farm sheltering rescued dogs and farm animals in Dražkov, and temporary foster care and adoption services for dogs and cats. It also supports the Animal Protection Foundation shelter in Cairo, Egypt, with veterinary and neutering funding, and runs the Jakoby dospělí project helping young people leaving children's homes. Its work is based in the Pardubice region of the Czech Republic and Egypt, and it relies largely on donations and volunteers.
