Founded in 2010, Naša Perspektiva is a non-governmental organisation based in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina working on community development, employment & skills.

Naša Perspektiva is a non-profit organisation founded in 2010 in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It works to advance socio-economic development through local economic growth, engagement of the Bosnian diaspora, and support for small and medium-sized enterprises. The organisation acts as a bridge between public institutions, the private sector and the diaspora, supporting sustainable partnerships and investment that create jobs, transfer knowledge and foster international business cooperation. It has worked with more than 50 local government units, development finance institutions and international donors, providing expert and technical support on public policies, strategies and investment programmes, and has experience managing projects on economic development, sustainable tourism, green transition and innovation. It works with municipalities, institutions and businesses, and runs events such as the BHdiaFor business forums.
