Omladinski centar CK13 (Youth Center CK13) is a civic organisation and social and cultural centre in Novi Sad, Serbia, active since 2007. It runs a continuous programme of political, activist, educational, cultural and artistic activities aimed at strengthening political awareness, self-organising and social engagement of citizens, especially young people. The centre describes itself as one of the few remaining independent public spaces in Novi Sad and operates as a meeting point and resource centre, providing space and resources to civil society organisations, initiatives and self-organised citizens in the city and beyond. Its programmes include a regional political school, community radio, an art gallery, public dialogue forums and workshops on nonviolent communication and antiwar activism. The organisation states its values as anti-fascism, solidarity, nonviolence, democracy, human rights, equality, feminism, pluralism and dialogue. It accepts donations online by payment card and monthly giving, and states that it is not registered for VAT.
