It connects, supports and equips youth and young adult ministries across Orthodox jurisdictions, and creates resources to address unmet needs in parishes and families. Its work is aimed at helping young people engage with the Orthodox Christian faith and community, with services offered across the United States. OYM operates a board of directors, a staff team and ministry support coordinators, and runs a newsletter, blog and initiatives such as Outdoor Orthodoxy.
