PASODI

Founded in 1993, PASODI is a charity based in Stuttgart, Germany working on elderly care, lgbtq+.

PASODI is the brand of Paritätische Sozialdienste gGmbH, a non-profit subsidiary of the PARITÄTISCHER Wohlfahrtsverband Baden-Württemberg e.V. The organisation provides care and support services for older people, including residential care homes, day care (Tagespflege), outpatient care services, and assisted living apartments. It operates across the Stuttgart region and Baden-Württemberg, with a network of facilities in locations such as Empfingen, Dornhan, Vöhringen, Lauterbach, Oberndorf-Aistaig, Bammental, Heidelberg, Nürtingen and Stuttgart. Its services also support relatives who care for older people at home. The organisation runs a central kitchen that supplies regional meals to its facilities and other organisations, and it operates a training school for social professions and a multigenerational centre in Stuttgart-Vaihingen. It states that it is financed neither by the state nor by a religious community, and it emphasises inclusion, diversity and LSBTIQ-sensitive care.
