PBI France

PBI France is a non-governmental organisation based in Paris, France working on human rights, peace & conflict.

PBI France is the French section of Peace Brigades International, an independent, impartial non-governmental organisation founded in 1981. It protects human rights defenders and communities threatened by violence, political repression and conflict, mainly by sending volunteer teams to accompany them at their request. It also runs advocacy, awareness and fundraising activities in France to support its field programmes and promote non-violence.
