People First

Founded in 2008, People First is a non-profit association based in Pécs, Hungary working on disability, community development, human rights +4 more.

People First is a Hungarian public benefit association based in Pécs that supports the independent living, accessibility and social inclusion of people with disabilities. It is the first and only Hungarian member of an international People First network. Its work includes running the Barrier-free Pécs database of accessible venues, the InnClusive/BeFogadó community space in central Pécs, accessible tourism tours, training, advocacy and awareness campaigns. Founded in 2008, its members are people with disabilities together with their helpers and professionals.
