PERH is a non-profit cycling association based in Hyvinkää, Finland, that promotes cycling and acts as an advocate for cyclists in Riihimäki, Hyvinkää, Hausjärvi, Loppi and Mäntsälä. It organises cycling events, trips, courses and campaigns for cyclists of all ages and skill levels, and lobbies for safer cycling infrastructure and a stronger cycling culture in the region. The association is politically non-partisan and runs member benefits with local businesses.
