PGD Zbilje

Founded in 1955, PGD Zbilje is a non-profit association based in Medvode, Slovenia working on humanitarian aid & disaster relief, children & youth, community development.

PGD Zbilje is a volunteer fire brigade association founded in 1955 in the village of Zbilje, in the Medvode municipality of Slovenia. It provides fire protection and rescue services for the local community area of Zbilje, alongside its role in the public fire service. The association trains its members regularly, runs youth firefighting activities and competes in regional, national and international firefighting competitions. It has a twinning partnership with PGD Šalka vas, a member of the Kočevje fire association, and invites new members and volunteers to join.
