Phoenix asbl is a Luxembourg association founded in 2007 by social pedagogues and clinical psychologists. It provides socio-educational and trauma-pedagogical stabilisation for children, adolescents and young adults who are prone to violence or affected by attachment trauma, and advises their families and professionals on prevention and intervention. It also runs training and team coaching in conflict management, de-escalation, trauma pedagogy and anti-aggression training, including for schools and youth services, and holds a state-recognised child and youth care service approval. Its work includes confrontational pedagogy, STEP parenting programmes, trauma boxing and other therapeutic methods.
