Plan P Potentiale, Praxis, Perspektiven e.V. is a registered association based in the Prignitz region of Brandenburg, Germany. It describes itself as a non-profit association for media competence and cultural education and as a recognised independent youth welfare provider in the Prignitz district. Founded in 2015 in Wiesbaden to support offers for children and young people, the association has been based in the Prignitz since 2021 and has focused on media education since taking over management in 2020. It runs media and creative workshops for children and young people aged roughly 10 to 21 in schools, youth centres, holiday camps and after-school settings. Activities include film, photo, podcast, music and game-based workshops, as well as film festivals and a youth film jury. The association has been recognised as a freier Träger der Jugendhilfe since January 2025 and is a member of the Landesfachverband Medienbildung Brandenburg e.V.
