Founded in 2014, Plantons pour l'avenir is a grant-making foundation based in Cestas, France working on environment & climate, nature & wildlife conservation, science & research.

Plantons pour l'avenir is a private, apolitical and independent endowment fund (fonds de dotation) created in September 2014 to revive reforestation in France under sustainable forest management. It is funded by donations from individuals and companies (mécénat) and finances reforestation projects, environmental education and forestry research across France. Projects are carried out mainly by forest owners and supported through its Planter, Sensibiliser et former and Innover programmes. The fund states it has supported several hundred reforestation projects since its creation, with projects tied to certified sustainable forest management (PEFC and FSC). Its work is linked to the forestry and wood sector, aiming to secure the supply of French wood and the long-term health of forests.
