Politeama

Politeama is a foundation based in Tolentino, Italy working on arts & culture, education, community development.

Il Politeama is a multipurpose cultural centre for the arts and performance in Tolentino, in the Marche region of Italy. It was founded and is run by the Fondazione Franco Moschini, which restored the former Politeama Piceno cinema-theatre, first opened in 1927 and reopened to the public in 2017. The centre hosts live shows, concerts, film screenings, dance, theatre, music lessons and workshops, conferences, training courses and exhibitions. Its rooms include a performance hall, a multipurpose hall, an audiovisual room, rehearsal and workshop rooms and a café in the foyer. The centre also offers its spaces to companies, associations and citizens for events and presents an annual season of arts and cultural programming.
