It runs a work training centre at Schloss Schiltern with workshops in ironing service, a castle shop, agriculture, creative finishing and office services, and offers supervised housing and psychosocial support. It also runs the AIB employment programme in Krems an der Donau. Funding comes mainly from the Arbeitsmarktservice NÖ, the Pensionsversicherungsanstalt and the Land Niederösterreich.
