RUSH

RUSH (Republičko udruženje studenata sa hendikepom) is a civil society association founded at the end of 2010 by three student disability associations from Belgrade, Niš and Kragujevac. Based in Belgrade, it works across Serbia to promote the position of young people and students with disabilities, as well as other vulnerable youth groups, at national level. Its activities include informal education programmes, public advocacy, support services for students in higher education, peer support, personal assistance and skills development. The association aims to strengthen a network of young people from vulnerable groups and to promote a society that respects diversity and prevents discrimination.
