Rytmus Liberec, o. p. s. is a non-profit public benefit company founded in 2004 that supports people with health disadvantages in the Liberec Region of the Czech Republic. It provides social rehabilitation through supported employment and a transition programme for young people leaving special schools, runs clubs and job clubs, and advises employers on hiring people with disabilities and meeting statutory quotas. Services are offered in Liberec, Česká Lípa, Jablonec nad Nisou, Semily, Jilemnice, Turnov and Nový Bor. The organisation is one of the pillars of the parent organisation Rytmus-od klienta k občanovi, z. ú. Its services are partly funded by the Liberec Region and local municipalities.
