Samten Dargye Ling is a non-profit association based in Hannover, Germany working on housing & homelessness, education.

Samten Dargye Ling e.V. is a non-profit association that runs the Tibet-Zentrum Hannover in Germany. Through its Homeless Care project, begun in 2020 as an idea of the Gesellschaftsfonds Zusammenleben of the City of Hannover, the association supplies homeless people in Hannover Mitte with food, drinks, clothing, hygiene articles, sleeping bags, books and personal conversation. A cargo-bike team, including a social worker and volunteers, makes tours on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays and refers people to city and other support services. The project also runs Homeless Care@School, which offers school sessions on homelessness and poverty. The project is funded by donations and reports distributing more than 21,000 Care Bags since its start.
