About
Founded in 1992, Sdružení válečných veteránů ČR is a non-profit association based in Praha, Czech Republic working on health, elderly care, employment & skills.
The Sdružení válečných veteránů České republiky (SVV ČR) is an independent, non-state, non-profit association founded in 1992 by members of the Czechoslovak independent chemical protection unit who took part in Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm. It operates in all regions of the Czech Republic through regional organisations, and it cooperates with state bodies, the Ministry of Defence and local government. It is a member of the World Federation of War Veterans Organizations based in Paris.
